I’m sure you’ve heard at least a little bit about the amazing benefits of a meditation practice. Studies have now proven what the ancient sages were preaching thousands of years ago.

There are so many ways to meditate and they’re not all for everyone.
This series is for those looking to begin or deepen a meditation practice. We’ll explore many of the different ways to meditate; we’ll talk about them, journal about them, and practice them together in an open and welcoming space, so that you can find a method and practice that works for you and start reaping those benefits for yourself.
