This yoga class is tailored for a beginners' needs, though experienced practitioners could benefit greatly as well. In this class we focus strongly on the alignments of the basic poses (Asanas), fundamental breathing techniques. and how to properly combine breath with Asana. We are moving slowly, holding the poses longer and encouraging practitioners to safely explore their limits, focus on their breath and listen to their bodies. With regular attendance of this class, practitioners gradually and safely build up strength, endurance, flexibility, and develop body awareness in preparation for more advanced Asanas. Hands-on adjustments, props and modifications are used during the class to suit students' needs.

Prepare to sweat and have fun! We flow at a faster pace so the basic understanding of yoga postures and alignments in needed. In this class we offer an opportunity to deepen your practice. Here you will have the chance to learn more advanced poses like arm balances, inversions, and more. In this class you will build even more strength by increasing the length of time in which you hold some of the more challenging poses. You will explore techniques of Pranayama (breath work), and you will be introduced to some of the philosophical ideas that inform this ancient tradition.

Gentle Yoga (All Levels)
A therapeutic approach is used in this gentle practice designed for those who want to move at a slower pace. Each student is given ample time to comfortably ease into each pose. While class is not always entirely on the floor, plenty of attention is given to seated, reclined, or restorative postures that open the hips, spine, and shoulders. Morning classes will focus on awakening and evening classes will focus on preparation for rest.
Deep Stretch Yin and Restore (All Levels)
This class uses Yin yoga to target deep dense tissues, known as fascia, and preserve joint, bone, and connective tissue health and natural resilience. In this class, floor postures are held for 4-5 minutes each while practicing deep meditative breathing. Class improves flexibility while encouraging relaxation of mind.
Deep Stretch, Release and Restore (All levels)
This all level deeply restorative class is tailored for everyone who wants to release tight muscles due to lifestyle, workouts, injury recoveries and such. Class is a slow paced and meditative which makes is accessible for all levels, regardless of the experience. We offer lots of seated hip stretches, low back releases, shoulder openers and more. Yoga props are encouraged to make everyone feel comfortable. Class finishes with a few deeply relaxing restorative poses.

Yoga for the Core, All Levels
Come strengthen your core. Strong core muscles help to stabilize the body, makes it easier to do many physical activities and helps to alleviate back pain. This class emphasizes poses for developing strong abdominal, glute, thigh and back muscles.
Yoga for Everyone, All Levels
A basic yoga class which is appropriate for practitioners of all levels. Well-rounded class structure helps to build strength and flexibility while needed modifications are given to the students of different levels to insure safe and enjoyable practice.

A fat-burning, low impact class which combines the practices of both yoga and pilates. The muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of pilates combined with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga helps keep your body long, lean, and defined. Class emphasizes poses for developing strong and supple core and back muscles.
Restore Tune-Up, All Levels
A gentle yoga practice, deep breath, supported poses designed to create a shift in the body, mind, and breath towards ease and healing. Massage therapy balls are incorporated throughout the practice.
Power RX, All Levels
A therapeutic balance of opposing energies, stabilizing and strengthening traditional yoga practice followed by deep stretch and self-massage with therapy balls.
